If a price top-up or partial refund is required for the request, the traveller will have to re-offer at the newly agreed price. You will then be able to review the changes submitted by the traveller before accepting or declining the re-offer.
For price top-ups, you'll be required to make the payment via the same mode of payment as your first deposit. Partial refunds will be processed immediately upon accepting the re-offer. It may take up to 3-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your statements, depending on the bank and mode of payment used.
Requesters will not be able to cancel the transaction after the deposit is placed. However, travellers may still cancel the request in the event the requested items cannot be found, is out of stock, etc. This is to ensure that travellers may proceed with the purchases without fear of requesters backing out at the last minute, or after the items have been bought.
If the traveller has yet to purchase the item, you may communicate with with him/her via the private chat function to enquire whether he/she is agreeable to a cancellation.
Airfrov will not allow for the transaction to be cancelled without the traveller’s knowledge, unless the traveller fails to deliver within the stipulated 7-day grace period.
