After placing the deposit, the request will not be able to cancel the transaction. This is to protect the traveller from last minute transactions.
Travellers may cancel the deal if the status of the request is “Pending Deposit” or “Pending Purchase”. Once the purchase is confirmed, neither party will be able to cancel the transaction.
In the event the requester requests for the transaction to be cancelled, you may accede to his/her request if (1) you are agreeable, and (2) the item has yet to be purchased. When “Cancel Offer” is clicked, a pop-up menu will appear where you will be prompted for the reason for the cancellation.
