You may cancel the transaction if you’re unable to fulfil the request. This is as long as the status of the request is “Pending Deposit” or “Pending Purchase”. Once the purchase is confirmed, neither party will be able to cancel the transaction.
When “Cancel Offer” is clicked, a pop-up menu will appear where you will be prompted for the reason for the cancellation, and the requester’s deposit is refunded in full (including service fees). Note that cancellations after deposit has been paid will affect the traveller's delivery rate.*
