For self-collection requests from the Airfrov Collection Centre, Airfrov will release the payment to the traveller if it item remains uncollected 7 days after the traveller delivers.
Airfrov will not attend to any disputes in relation to the item beyond this 7-day collection window, as payment has been released.
Disposal of uncollected items
Any items uncollected 14 days after delivery by the traveller will be disposed of.
If you require an extension for the collection, please contact Airfrov within the 14-day period.
