Airfrov recommends that all communication and transactions be kept within the Airfrov platform, so that the Airfrov team can assist and mediate in the event of disputes. This is also to ensure the smooth and safe transaction.
Airfrov will not assist in the event that any transaction and/or communication carried outside of the Airfrov platform results in a dispute claim. For more information on disputes, please visit Section 6 of the Airfrov FAQ.
Airfrov may, at its own discretion, delete, edit, or limit any request, comment, or user account, should there be sufficient reason to believe that any user(s) utilising the Airfrov platform opts to, or is suspected to, conduct dealings outside of the platform.
