If you have already made the deposit and wish to cancel your order, you can reach out to the traveller before the item is purchased to request a cancellation of your order. If the traveller is agreeable to cancel, either party can contact Airfrov to cancel the order so that this cancellation will not count towards the traveller's delivery rate for Pre-orders.
Note that the traveller is not obligated to comply with the request, and the final decision will lie with the traveller.
In the event that a traveller hosting a Pre-order is unable to fulfil their spree orders due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveller may have to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be processed back to the requester within 3-5 working days.
Similarly, if the pre-order item you received is damaged or you did not receive the correct item, you may raise a dispute within 24hours upon your collection and our friendly Airfrov staff will assist in that matter.
