Airfrov does not provide any warranty for items requested via the platform. Should there be issues with your product, do approach the product manufacturer directly. If a receipt is required as proof of purchase for the warranty, please request for a receipt from the traveller.
For requests for electrical appliances from overseas, do take note of the appliances' operating voltage.
Requesters may still post a request for electrical appliances from countries that operate on a different AC voltage supply, but do so at their own risk.
