Requesters are expected to collect their items within 7 days from the day of traveller's delivery to the Airfrov Collection Centre. Payments which have been released by your requesters will be disbursed in weekly disbursements (once a week) via bank transfer. You will receive a disbursement email from us with a list of orders which you are receiving payment for. The funds should be transferred into your bank account within 3-5 working days from this disbursement date.
Should the requester not collect their item within this 7 day period, Airfrov will release the payment to the traveller.
Note: Your requester may raise a dispute via the app before payment is released. This automatically holds the payment with Airfrov beyond the 7 day grace period, until payment is manually released by the requester or Airfrov.
