Requesters are expected to collect their items within 7 days from the day of traveller's delivery to the Airfrov Collection Centre. Payments which have been released by your requesters will be disbursed in weekly disbursements (on Mondays and Thursdays) via bank transfer. You will receive a disbursement email from us with a list of orders which you are receiving payment for. The funds should be transferred into your bank account within 3-5 working days from this disbursement date.
Should the requester not collect their item within this 7 day period, Airfrov will release the payment to the traveller.
Note: Your requester may raise a dispute via the app before payment is released. This automatically holds the payment with Airfrov beyond the 7 day grace period, until payment is manually released by the requester or Airfrov.
