If a dispute has been raised by a requester of your request or pre-order, you will be notified via your Airfrov app. A full description of the dispute will be sent to you via email.
Requesters may raise a dispute if:
- Item has not arrived within 7 days from dispatch, or
- Item has not been dispatched within 7 days from est. dispatch date (for Pre-order), or
- There's an issue with the item received (wrong item/damaged)
You should reach out to your requester immediately to resolve this issue. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through open communication. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, keep calm and contact Airfrov for further assistance.
Please note that requesters reserve the right to request a full refund of their order if there is no action from the traveller within 48 hours from raising the dispute.
