Should the traveller offer Traveller's Own Fleet as a delivery option for their requesters, they could use any courier delivery of their choice. Delivery price would be determined by the traveller and will be paid to traveller.
Courier delivery from Airfrov is only available for requests which the traveller offers to drop off at Airfrov Collection Centre.
Small (L+W+H ≤ 50cm; Weight ≤ 2kg) - SGD 4.5
Medium (L+W+H ≤ 120cm; Weight ≤ 6kg) - SGD 6.5
Large (L+W+H ≤ 200cm; Weight ≤ 14kg) - SGD 10.5
For items that require fragile handling or that needs to be kept chilled - SGD6-20 (depending on dimensions and weight)
High value items (SGD100 & above) - SGD 30 flat fee (insured up to $1000 item value)
Once your item arrives at our office, we'll package it and send it to you via our 3rd-party logistics partners. It should arrive at your address within 1-3 working days, unless same-day delivery is requested for.
Note: PNP will not be offered for items that are fragile or exceeds size limitations of L+W+H=100cm
Should you decide to switch to courier delivery after selecting self-collect upon checkout, we can manually arrange the courier delivery for you.

Additional charges to note:
A SGD1 admin fee will be imposed on all request for delivery which is not done via the app. An additional SGD 1 is also charged for every additional item to be combined into a single courier delivery. (i.e. If you have one item with courier delivery fee paid, combining an extra 2 items with this delivery will be at an extra charge of SGD 2 for the combined delivery of all 3 items.)
