When the requester places the deposit for his/her request, it is held securely by Airfrov in escrow (i.e. the deposit is not immediately passed to the traveller).
The requester’s deposit is only released when he/she acknowledges that he/she has received the requested-for item in good order.
Should the traveller not deliver the item within 5 days of his/her return date and remains uncontactable, Airfrov can proceed with a full refund (including service fees).
For your own safety, you should not deal directly with the traveller outside the platform as Airfrov will not be liable for your payment if the traveller fails to deliver.
