Requesters are encouraged to liaise closely with their travellers for requests which contain food items with short expiry, so that the handover process will be quick enough to ensure that requesters can receive their food items fresh and undamaged.
If the food item received is spoilt, requesters should raise a dispute to keep payment safe, while the traveller gets back to you regarding the damage. If the dispute cannot be resolved, Airfrov will step in to assist with the dispute resolution according to supporting evidence from both parties, and reserves the right in exercising discretion on an outcome that is fair to both parties.
