Payment will be released by the requester, to the traveller, when the requester acknowledges that he/she has received the item in good order, or 7 days after the traveller dispatches the item, whichever is earlier.
Once payment has been released, the transfer of funds to the traveller will be processed in the next round of weekly disbursements on Monday* (for Singapore Travellers). Depending on bank processing time, travellers can expect to receive their payment in the bank account within 1-3 working days from receiving the disbursement email from Airfrov.
Once the amount has been submitted to the bank for processing, travellers will receive an email with a list of the requests or spree orders which they are being paid for. Pre-orders and requests will come in separate emails.
The reimbursement will be made directly into the traveller’s bank account. Please input your bank account details under “Settings” -> “Payout Method”.
*Or the next working day if Monday is a Public Holiday.
