In circumstances where a partial refund is required (i.e. the request isn’t completely fulfilled), travellers have the option to re-offer with the new agreed price. Once you accept the re-offer, a partial refund will automatically be processed via the payment method used to make the deposit. It may take 3-10 working days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your payment method.
You will receive a copy of the partial refund receipt in your Airfrov-registered email address.
